The guides and service descriptions published here are general information about how hearth and venting systems behave. They are not an inspection of your appliance or chimney and cannot replace one. Nothing here should be treated as a safety clearance for a specific system.

Submitting the form is a request, not a booking. Work is scheduled only once we confirm it with you directly. Prices discussed before an on-site visit are estimates and may change once the system is examined.

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or have an active chimney fire, leave the building and call emergency services first. Do not wait for a reply to a web form.

We are an independent service company. Brand names are used to describe the appliances we service and repair. We are not an authorised dealer for, or endorsed by, any manufacturer listed here unless stated in writing.
