- In most cases, no. The cities and counties on this page are our regular service territory, and travel within them is built into the quoted price. For remote rural properties or island access, we confirm any travel adjustment in writing before booking.

- Very likely, yes. We list the communities we serve most often, but our technicians travel well beyond them across Ontario. Send a quote request with your postal code and we will confirm availability, usually within one business day.
- Do you serve cottages and seasonal properties?
- Yes. We regularly service cottages, farmhouses, and seasonal properties across Ontario's cottage counties. We recommend booking spring and fall work early, as those windows fill quickly.
- Can I book one visit for multiple properties?
- Yes. Landlords and property managers can group several addresses into a single trip, which reduces per-property cost. Note each address in your quote request and we will plan the routing.
