When you submit the quote or contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, service interest, property type, urgency and message you enter. When you call or email us we collect whatever you choose to tell us.

Form submissions are emailed to our service inbox so we can reply and schedule work. We use the information to answer your enquiry, quote the work, and carry it out. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They exist in the email we receive and in any records we keep about work performed for you.

We share your information only with service providers that make this website and our email work, and where we are required to by law. Technicians attending your property receive the details needed to do the job.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this section will describe them before they are enabled.

You can ask us to delete the enquiry we hold about you at any time by emailing the address below. Records related to work performed may be kept where required for warranty or legal reasons.
